All questions will be answered via Addendum. Last Addenda (if needed) will be issued no later than Monday, October 13, 2025. Cut off for questions will be close of business on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Sealed proposals shall be provided to the City of Tuttle, C/O Office of the City Clerk, located 221 West Main Street, Tuttle, OK until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
