INVITATION FOR BIDS FROM GENERAL CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals will be received for the following project: Carter Co. Parking Lot Replacement until 2:00 PM CST, date August 4, 2025, for furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the work. bids will be received by mail at P.O. Box 1236, Ardmore, OK 73401 or deliver to 25 A street NW, Suite 203, Ardmore, OK 73401. Any Bids received after bid closing time will be returned unopened. Bids will be received on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Bids will be presented and opened and read aloud at the Carter County Commissioners Meeting on Monday, August 11, 2025
Pre-Bid Conference: A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10 AM on July 22, 2025, at the Carter County Administrative Building, 25 A Street, Ardmore, OK 73401. Attendees shall plan to visit the Carter Co. Courthouse to review the site immediately following the meeting.
