Non-mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through will be held on October 31, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. located at the Lippert Brothers Inc. Project Office located at 2020-10 W. Airport Road, Stillwater, OK 73136. Parking will be available to the south of the Airport Road in the gravel parking lot next to the softball fields.
Pre-Bid RFI deadline is Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
Sealed bids need to be delivered to City of Stillwater City Hall located at 723 S. Lewis Street., Room 1112B, Stillwater, OK 74074. No later that November 13, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
